Life isn’t easy. Throughout our lives, we face challenges and struggles that test our foundation. At times, we encounter situations that are confusing, overwhelming, disappointing, frustrating, or painful. Fortunately, we do not have to navigate these situations alone; we can chose to team up with a therapist who will join us on the journey.

As a therapist (and as a person) my philosophy stems from the strengths perspective; I believe that each client has inner strengths that can be accessed and utilized to promote his or her own healing. I serve as a facilitator to help you identify your strengths and use them in your best interest. We will work closely together to form a comfortable and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which exploration, learning, and healing can occur. I love this work; I love bearing witness to my clients’ growth and self-discovery.

I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have been trained to work with a wide range of issues of living and mental health disorders. When I work with you, I will integrate a number of treatment interventions and approaches to tailor our therapeutic work to your personal needs. We will work together toward resolving your current struggles; we will also explore and process the influence that your past has on your present functioning.
