IN-HOUSE GROUP THERAPY

Currently, Heartwork is offering four therapeutic groups. Group therapy provides a wonderful alternative or complement to individual therapy. Participants benefit from the support of peers who have struggled with similar concerns, learn about themselves from the group dynamics that arise, and can practice new interpersonal behaviors within the safety of the group.
